Infineon Technologies AG in Pavia, Italy is seeking a Senior Staff Component Verification Engineer to shape next-generation controller IC validation. You will merge creativity with technical expertise to drive projects and bring ideas to life.

In this role you will define validation concepts, develop test plans, lead HiL and firmware verification, and automate defect reporting to uphold high quality standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience with embedded systems, especially ARM Cortex-M MCUs.
• Degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• Proficient in embedded C/C++ with strong debugging skills.
• Experience in automated Python-based testing scripts.

Mansioni

• Define validation concepts for controller-based ICs.
• Develop comprehensive test plans based on requirements.
• Lead the design of validation test benches.
• Test and verify embedded controllers, including HiL testing and firmware validation.
• Document defects and compliance metrics automatically to maintain quality.
