Infineon Technologies AG in Italy is seeking a Staff Engineer Controller Validation to join our R&D team. You will support validation bench development, execute HiL tests, and verify embedded controller behavior against test requirements.

You bring a degree in CS/CE/EE and 3+ years of experience with ARM Cortex-M MCUs, embedded C/C++, MATLAB or Python, and strong debugging skills; English fluency is mandatory, with CV in English.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with embedded systems, ARM Cortex-M MCUs.
• Proficient in embedded C/C++, MATLAB or Python; debugging skills.

• Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop testing and firmware validation.
• Analyze controller behavior against requirements and document defects.
