LTM is seeking a skilled Java professional to contribute to enterprise IT solutions in Bari, Italy. The role focuses on Java/J2EE, relational databases, and messaging systems, with strong emphasis on design patterns and modern frameworks.

You'll collaborate with product owners, guide development teams, and participate in incident resolution and maintenance activities, while supporting L3 tasks and change management.

Competenze

• Strong experience in Java/J2EE and relational databases.
• Knowledge of banking domain is a plus.
• Experience with messaging systems and integration patterns.

• Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
• Work as a part of the L3 support team
• Design specification develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests
• Bug fixing enhancements of work packages and services
• Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java
