Beemok Hospitality Holdings seeks a passionate Sommelier for Sorelle, delivering exceptional wine service and guest experiences in a fine dining setting. You will guide guests through the wine program, lead wine education for the team, and collaborate with Front and Back of House to ensure flawless service.

The role requires advanced wine knowledge, 3–4 years of sommelier experience, and strong leadership to elevate dining experiences at Sorelle.

Formación

• 3-4 years of fine dining or sommelier experience.
• Advanced knowledge of wine, food pairings, and fine dining service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft-based applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must meet legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, personalized hospitality and guide guests through wine selections.
• Lead wine education and product knowledge training for the service team.
• Maintain wine cellar organization and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Front and Back of House teams to ensure seamless service.
• Support VIP experiences and special dining events.
