Major Food Brand is seeking passionate and experienced sommeliers to uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism in our upscale venue. As a Sommelier, you will assist guests with wine, sake and champagne selections, explain pairings with our menus, and ensure proper presentation and service while maintaining safety standards.

Preference given to candidates with WSET certifications and a strong guest-service mindset.

Competenze

• 2–4 years as a sommelier in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
• WSET certifications preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of wine and wine service techniques.

Mansioni

• Assist guests with wine, sake and champagne selections, considering taste and budget.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide information on venues, menus and pricing.
• Explain how wines and champagnes pair with food and desserts.
• Present and pour wines correctly, following company standards.
• Suggest alternatives if a preferred selection is unavailable.
• Deliver engaging, friendly service; observe safety and liquor rules.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
