Motork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape the Platform team in Vicenza, Italy. You will develop a unified platform coordinating multiple products, employing a polyglot stack (Java, TypeScript) and cloud tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka) to deliver secure, scalable deployments.

You’ll drive data flows, enable GenAI-enabled tooling, and lead initiatives with a focus on robust software and clear communication within a cross-functional team.

Competenze

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development with strong Java knowledge.
• Frontend experience with modern JS frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Experience deploying complex apps on cloud platforms with Kubernetes.
• GenAI tools experience and curiosity.
• Solid fundamentals and a focus on secure, well-tested, and scalable software.

• Design cross-product data flows and improve component scalability.
• Drive deployment and delivery with a DevOps mindset to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
