Motork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Platform team in Piacenza, Emilia‑Romagna. You will shape the core platform, coordinating multiple products, and drive scalable data flows with a DevOps mindset to ensure secure, reliable deployments.

You’ll work in a cross‑functional group, using Java, PHP, Python, and TypeScript, and explore GenAI tooling to boost innovation and efficiency from day one.

Competenze

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development with strong Java knowledge.
• Frontend experience with modern JS frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Experience deploying complex apps on cloud platforms with Kubernetes.
• GenAI tools experience and curiosity.
• Solid fundamentals and a focus on secure, well-tested, and scalable software.
• Leadership potential and ability to guide initiatives.
