Motork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Platform team in Salerno. You will design scalable data flows, drive secure deployments, and tackle durable, high-impact solutions across products.

You will work with Java, TypeScript and a polyglot stack on AWS/Kubernetes, explore GenAI tooling to boost workflows, and influence the technical direction with leadership potential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development with strong Java knowledge.
• Experience with cloud deployments and Kubernetes.
• GenAI tools experience and curiosity.

Mansioni

• Design cross-product data flows and improve component scalability.
• Drive deployment and delivery with a DevOps mindset to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Work with a polyglot tech stack (Java, PHP, Python, TypeScript) and infrastructure tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka).
• Experiment with GenAI tools to optimize workflows and innovation.
