Motork is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape a unified platform and drive scalable data flows across products. You will deploy secure, scalable solutions using a polyglot stack (Java, PHP, Python, TypeScript) and leading tools (AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka) with GenAI-driven workflows.

The role requires 3+ years of full-stack experience, strong Java, and modern JS framework skills. You’ll influence architecture, mentor teammates, and contribute to the platform roadmap.

Competenze

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development with strong Java knowledge.
• Frontend experience with modern JS frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Experience deploying complex apps on cloud platforms with Kubernetes.
• GenAI tools experience and curiosity.
• Solid fundamentals and a focus on secure, well-tested, and scalable software.
• Leadership potential and ability to guide initiatives.

As a Senior Software Engineer in our Platform team, you will shape the core of a unified platform that coordinates multiple products. You’ll drive scalable data flows, secure and reliable deployments, and simple, durable solutions. You’ll work within a cross-functional engineering group to push the technical roadmap forward, including GenAI-enabled tooling. This role offers high impact from day one and a chance to influence MotorK’s technical direction.
