Baxter is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to software solutions for medical devices and connectivity products. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering high-quality, secure applications that support patient care worldwide.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in automation and development practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in frontend, backend and mobile technologies.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications for medical and connectivity solutions.
• Translate technical requirements and design specifications into high-quality, scalable code.
• Create and execute unit tests, ensuring robust and reliable software performance.
• Collaborate with Verification and Quality teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
• Support software investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to define software requirements and technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through modern development practices, automation, and CI/CD methodologies.
