Baxter is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Italy to drive software for medical devices and connectivity products across the full development lifecycle. You will design, implement, test, and refine secure applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability.
The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong C#/.NET and frontend skills, familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing, and excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €41.600 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits and incentives.
