Competenze
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams in complex data-intensive systems.
- Experience with AI-native products, agents, and orchestration.
- Background in regulated or high-trust domains with auditability requirements.
Mansioni
- Architect and ship production platforms with reproducibility and audit trails.
- Lead a hybrid team of on-site, remote, and contract engineers plus AI agents.
- Ensure security, privacy, and governance across EU-compliant systems.
