Ancora seeks a Staff Engineer to build an AI-native accounting platform, defining architecture and ensuring system integrity. You will be the fourth technical hire and set the rules for the next five years.

This role requires 7+ years of backend engineering, architectural ownership, and fluency in Italian. You will collaborate directly with the CTO and have a significant impact on future architectural decisions.

Competenze

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proven architectural ownership in previous roles.
• Expertise in Python, Go, Java or similar languages.
• Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge including performance tuning.
• Fluent in Italian for effective team communication.
