Philogen S.p.A. in Milan, Italy, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to own the platform, infrastructure, and deployments. You will work across backend services, cloud, frontend apps, identity, data systems, and AI-agent environments.

The role requires strong Python and TypeScript, production experience, and knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms. A secure, compliant software mindset is essential for this regulated setting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills spanning frontend and backend.
• Solid SQL and database fundamentals with operational recovery knowledge.
• Experience with Kubernetes and at least one major cloud platform (GCP/AWS).
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi or Terraform).
• Security-conscious design including authentication and RBAC.

Mansioni

• Build and operate Python services, APIs, CLIs, and full-stack workflows.
• Provision Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, including databases and storage.
• Create secure AI agent execution environments and tool integrations.
• Implement authentication, RBAC, audit trails, and compliance controls.
• Own production reliability through testing, observability, and deployments.
• Develop agent-driven UIs for chat, files, and data workflows.
