Job summary

Vismarcorp | Strategic Business Consulting seeks a Senior Social Media Manager to own strategy, planning and execution for corporate clients across Switzerland and Italy. You will coordinate with marketing, content, and paid media teams to translate brand positioning into consistent, measurable communication.

The role requires handling complex corporate brands, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering results in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in social media management with strategy & execution.
• Experience managing social channels for corporate brands or large organisations; B2B focus.
• Fluent Italian (C1+) and English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Active VAT registration as a freelancer/contractor (Italian Partita IVA).
• Excellent copywriting and visual content quality; ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Build and manage editorial calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Direct production of copy, visuals, and video assets with designers and content creators.
• Ensure content complies with client approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee community management, monitor brand reputation, and handle sensitive situations.
