Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in shopfloor manufacturing management.
• Leadership experience within international groups.
• Knowledge of SAP and manufacturing control systems.
• Good English communication (spoken and written).
• Understanding of project management, budgeting and scheduling.
• High problem-solving ability and proactive working style.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage full production cycle from material arrival to shipment on the shopfloor.
• Define sourcing strategies for external services with Purchasing Dept.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities ensuring deadlines, quality and safety.
• Lead Shopfloor Team with coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute production strategies optimizing cost, quality and delivery.
• Implement standardized manufacturing processes and KPIs.
• Schedule manufacturing activities and update project templates weekly.
• Prepare periodic management reports and production hour tracking.
