Röchling Automotive in Laives, Italy, seeks a Senior SharePoint Specialist (m/f/x) to implement and customize SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Project Online solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will lead analysis, design, and delivery, gather requirements, build Power Apps and automations, configure Project Online, and support migrations to Planner Premium. Travel nationally and internationally is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with ability to structure workstreams and manage timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience delivering SharePoint Online / Power Platform / Project Online projects.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 concepts: identity, permissions, governance and collaboration patterns.

Senior SharePoint Specialist (m/f/x)

Where we need you

The Senior SharePoint Specialist (m/f/x) operates within the global SharePoint competence center. He/she will be responsible for implementing and customizing SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Project online/Planner solutions for the Roechling Automotive division.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions based on SharePoint (Online/On-Prem if applicable), Power Platform and Project Online (PWA)
• Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and propose scalable architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem, limited to the apps in his responsibility area
• Build and maintain Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and integrations, Dataverse data model, Power BI reporting and dashboards
• Configure and enhance Project Online (e.g., PWA configuration, custom fields, workflows, reporting, integration with M365 tools) and support the migration to MS Planner Premium
• Develop customizations and integrations (where required) using modern development practices (APIs, scripting, automation, extensions)
• Own and support project activities: planning, scope management, risk/issue tracking, status reporting, steering updates, and delivery governance
• Manage relationships with external partners/vendors: coordination, alignment on deliverables, review of technical outputs, and quality control
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and adoption support (training materials, user guides, workshops).

How to convince us

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business/Management, or related field
• Strong project management skills: ability to structure workstreams, manage timelines, dependencies, and communicate clearly
• Strong communication in English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience delivering projects on: SharePoint (preferably SharePoint Online / Modern experience), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; Dataverse is a plus), Project Online / Project Server (PWA configuration and/or functional/technical consulting), Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 concepts: identity, permissions, governance, collaboration patterns, and lifecycle management
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting from 50.000,00 €. Any variation from the indicated salary may be considered based on skills, experience, or objective, gender-neutral factors such as: levels of experience and professional autonomy significantly different from those required for the role; specific knowledge, skills, and experience deemed strategic to the company's objectives; or particular market conditions that require different compensation arrangements to attract qualified candidates.
