Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming experience.
• Experience with SQL databases and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SCADA/HMI systems.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Work with DEV and SUPPORT to master customer solutions.
• Develop and recommend software enhancements to address new feature requirements and issues.
• Support customers in adopting new solutions and resolving issues.
• Assist site commissioning and system upgrades and expansions.
• Participate in post-release and pilot phases of projects with testing and validation.
• Identify and analyse product failures and support engineering teams in resolution.
• Contribute to documentation of new features in the Knowledge Base.
