The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance, circuit activation, and data-network operations to sustain NATO communications and information systems in the field. Security clearance is required.”

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating or maintaining satellite ground terminals or related systems.
• Experience with RF/transmit/receive chains and associated equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment with military and civilian elements.
• Security clearance: Valid NATO Secret or national level clearance.

Mansioni

• Operate and perform maintenance on Satellite Ground Station and associated facilities.
• Maintain station logs and outage reporting; activate circuits per work orders.
• Operate data networks to support deployed NATO forces.
• Provide feedback for training program improvements; participate in OJT programs.
• Carry out duties as directed by Station Command and NCIA interfaces.
