Emw, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician (Electronics Maint) for an on-site role in Lughezzano (Verona region), Italy. The incumbent will support Satellite Ground Station operations, perform maintenance, and manage data networks to backhaul deployed NATO forces.

Required are NATO SECRET clearance, 5+ years in related fields, and strong briefing and communication skills. The work is conducted primarily in English with local language requirements.

Competenze

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline, or Diploma of secondary education, with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in operation or maintenance of satellite ground terminals, or related systems.
• Experience with antenna sub-systems, including radome, feed horn, reflector, pedestal, waveguides, tracking receiver, servo and drive equipment.

Mansioni

• Operate and perform maintenance and emergency interventions on the Satellite Ground Station and related facilities.
• Maintain station logs and ensure outage reporting.
• Activate circuits per circuit work orders.
• Operate/maintain data networks to support NATO forces.
• Provide feedback for internal training program improvements and ensure procedures are followed.
