Job summary

Olympus Italia Srl, based in Milan, seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Italy to lead commercial activities nationwide. You will coordinate Territory Managers and external agencies, drive regional strategy and ensure achievement of sales targets across GI-ET/RESP.

Role involves tender management, cross-functional collaboration, and events coordination with Marketing and Service teams. DuFurther responsibilities include travel nationwide and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales and sales management in MedTech or medical devices.
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian healthcare market and public administration.
• Proven experience with public tender management and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the national sales strategy for Italy.
• Lead and develop the Territory Managers and coordinate sales agencies.
• Oversee tenders, negotiations, forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Service and other stakeholders.
• Organise congresses, training courses and scientific events.
