Cassina Milan Store seeks a Senior Sales Advisor to support the Store Sales Team with expert product information and personalized service throughout the purchasing journey, driving client satisfaction and business growth.

You will report to the Cassina Milan Store Manager and contribute to developing new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships in a high-end showroom environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field; other backgrounds considered.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the design and/or furniture industry.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve commercial goals.
• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury environment is a plus.

• Welcome and assist clients visiting the Store, providing an outstanding level of hospitality throughout the selling ceremony.
• Develop new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the Store's commercial objectives.

For our Milan Store, we are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor who will support the Store Sales Team in providing clients with all the requested information and expert advice throughout the purchasing journey, ensuring an outstanding sales experience and contributing to the development of the business.

The Senior Sales Advisor will report directly to the Cassina Milan Store Manager.

Your Impact

You will contribute to the commercial performance of the Milan Store by developing new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients and ensuring a high-quality and personalized customer experience. You will also support the Store Manager in implementing business development initiatives and contribute to the effective use of the Store's sales and CRM tools.

Who We Are Looking For

A customer-oriented and proactive sales professional with a strong passion for design and furniture, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field; other academic backgrounds will also be considered;
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the design and/or furniture industry;
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve commercial goals;
• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury environment will be considered a plus.

Technical and Soft Skills

• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language is considered a plus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive approach, strong sales orientation and positive, enthusiastic attitude;
• Polite, professional and strongly customer-oriented approach;
• Strong relationship-building skills;
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal stakeholders.

The salary range indicated in this job posting represents an estimate of the compensation level envisaged for the position. The actual salary will be determined based on the experience, skills and qualifications of the selected candidate, in compliance with European regulations on pay transparency and equal pay.
