Cassina Milan Store seeks a Senior Sales Advisor to support the Store Sales Team with expert product information and personalized service throughout the purchasing journey, driving client satisfaction and business growth.

You will report to the Cassina Milan Store Manager and contribute to developing new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships in a high-end showroom environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field; other backgrounds considered.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the design and/or furniture industry.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve commercial goals.
• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury environment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Welcome and assist clients visiting the Store, providing an outstanding level of hospitality throughout the selling ceremony.
• Develop new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the Store's commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Provide support to the Store Manager in implementing business development initiatives and actions.
• Provide clients with relevant product information and professional advice, supporting them throughout the purchasing process.
• Use and maintain the Store's sales tools, including CRM, quotation and project registration systems and the customer database.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of client and sales information.
