Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high‑impact trading infrastructure, design, build and operate low‑latency systems, and set technical direction in a fast‑paced, fully remote team.

You will work with quants, traders and engineers across the globe, mentor others, drive automation, and contribute to production readiness.

Competenze

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading, or similar).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud infrastructure trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, shell scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for strategy development, automation, and operational tooling.

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission‑critical trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end‑to‑end — from architecture through to production operation.
• Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Embrace agentic engineering: leverage AI‑assisted workflows and automation of operational tasks.
