Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high-impact trading infrastructure, set technical direction, and drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and operability.

You will collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that enhance trading efficiency, resilience, and scalability, while supporting a fully remote, global team within European time

Competenze

Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
Experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, Market Making, Quant trading).
Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including scripting and production troubleshooting.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems.
Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with focus on performance, stability, observability.
Troubleshoot complex production issues across connectivity, execution, and market data handling.
Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
