Keyrock seeks a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead with strong experience in systematic options trading to lead our Options Engineering team. You will guide automation, quoting, execution and risk controls, while shaping the trading infrastructure for reliability and scale.

Based in European or US East Coast time zones, you will mentor engineers and partner with traders, quants, risk, product and infrastructure teams to deliver robust, scalable systems in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years in systematic trading or low-latency trading systems.
• Hands-on experience with Rust; willingness to become deeply proficient in Rust.
• Strong understanding of automated quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls and market data workflows.
• Experience building or maintaining low-latency trading systems, ideally in options/derivatives.
• Experience with SQL databases in production, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, production reliability and testing practices.
• Knowledge of gRPC and Node.js-based services is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers.
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure, system design, performance and reliability.
• Own and evolve the Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product and infra stakeholders.
• Balance technical leadership with delivery ownership and operational discipline.
