Keyrock is hiring a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You’ll own high-impact trading infrastructure, set technical direction, and drive reliability in a fully remote, global team.

You will design, build, and operate low-latency systems, collaborating with quants and traders while advancing automation and AI-assisted workflows. EU-time-zone flexibility underpins the role.

Competenze

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance systems.
• Hands-on work in systematic trading environments (HFT/Quant).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise for latency-sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Python for strategy development and tooling.

Mansioni

• Design and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure focusing on stability and observability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across connection, execution, and data feeds.
• Lead code reviews, mentoring, and engineering standards.
