Job summary

Amazon Development Centre Italy SRL seeks an experienced Sr. Deployment Vendor Manager to own end-to-end vendor management for robotics deployment across Europe.

You will lead the deployment vendor ecosystem, set KPIs, onboard new partners, and drive performance from planning through on-site execution. The role involves travel up to 60% across Europe, with potential base in Berlin, London, Luxembourg or Vercelli.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• Experience in vendor management and procurement.
• Experience in capacity and operations planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Ability to write clear, detailed requirements documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with vendors and drive adherence to success criteria.
• Establish vendor qualification protocols and contracts, representing Amazon in executive meetings.
• Set goals and strategic direction aligned with business goals, including cost reductions and quality improvements.
• Define KPIs for vendor services and present performance reports.
• Develop business cases and manage budgets for projects and partnerships.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives addressing safety, quality, and performance gaps.
