As a Senior Deployment and Experimentation Lead of New Technology Introduction, you will be the primary point of contact for internal customers and partners. You will engage customers to understand and document business requirements, drive problems solution and manage implementation programs. You will balance business needs with technical constraints, striving to find the right solution for each customer while maintaining a strong focus on standards, scalability and supportability. You will implement technical approaches, and direct cross‑functional efforts to meet ambitious timelines. You will also strategically drive continuous improvement, develop program documentation and influence the technical roadmaps. The ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and customers at remote sites around the world will make you successful in this role. You will frequently travel (50‑75%) to various Fulfillment Center locations in Europe. There will also be an element of international travel when required.
The RME NTI team manages the introduction of new equipment into the maintenance engineering teams portfolio. We aim to improve the reliability and maintainability of new equipment being introduced into our fulfillment network.

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full‑time basis. For part‑time hours, the salary will be pro‑rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate’s skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon’s package may include a sign‑on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
