Reschio, a luxury hotel in Umbria, seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst to monitor performance and optimize pricing, inventory and distribution. You will collaborate with Hotel Manager, Reservations, Sales and Finance to translate data into actionable recommendations and support strategic commercial decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, experience with PMS/CRS and BI tools, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly while handling confidential data with discretion.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Revenue Analysis, Reservations or Commercial Finance within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, distribution platforms or business intelligence tools. Familiarity with Protel, iHotelier and/or SynXis would be an advantage.
• Ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel tools and functions to analyse sources markets, booking channels, rate plans and room categories.

Overview

We are looking for on-site Senior Revenue Analyst with a highly analytical and commercially minded approach, combining numerical precision with curiosity, sound judgement and a proactive attitude to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be confident working with complex and detailed data, while maintaining a clear understanding of the broader commercial picture and translating analysis into meaningful, actionable recommendations. The Senior Revenue Analyst will be responsible for analysing historical performance, monitoring forward booking trends and identifying opportunities and potential risks to revenue performance. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, General Manager, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams, the role will provide the insight required to support informed decisions on pricing, inventory and distribution, ensuring that commercial strategies remain aligned with Reschio's positioning and objectives. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional numerical accuracy, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong commercial awareness and complete discretion when handling confidential business information. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone who brings initiative, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to different stakeholders. Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Monitor daily hotel performance, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, booking pace and cancellation trends.
• Analyse historical performance, forward-looking data and market demand to identify revenue opportunities, optimise segment mix and highlight potential commercial risks.
• Support the Hotel Manager and General Manager in developing and implementing dynamic pricing, room yield and inventory strategies.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, reforecasting and financial projections, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Translate revenue data into concise insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify discrepancies across data sources and systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting.
• Develop clear and effective report that allows management to identify trends, variances and opportunities quickly.
• Support the management of room inventory, length-of-stay controls, availability and rate plans across relevant distribution channels.
• Work closely with the Reservations team to ensure accurate rate mapping, availability rules and implementation of revenue strategies.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market positioning and relevant trends within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to assess booking patterns, source markets and the commercial impact of campaigns and initiatives.
• Support the Hotel Manager and General Manager with ad-hoc financial modelling, profitability analysis and strategic commercial projects.

Skills and Competencies Required

• Previous experience in Revenue Analysis, Reservations or Commercial Finance within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, distribution platforms or business intelligence tools. Familiarity with Protel, iHotelier and/or SynXis would be an advantage.
• Ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel tools and functions, including Pivot Tables, index/match, nested formulas, scenario modelling and dynamic charts, to analyse source markets, booking channels, rate plans and room categories.
• A strong understanding of key hospitality performance indicators, including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Pace and Pickup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial, commercial and guest information.
• Rigorous and methodical approach to data accuracy and reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken in English and Italian.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Employment Type: Seasonal employment (CCNL Turismo - Level 3).
• Salary Range: €35,000 - €38,000.

The advertised salary range reflects Reschio's assessment of the expected remuneration for this position. Individual offers within the stated range will be determined through the consistent application of objective, documented and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, specialist expertise and the level of responsibility associated with the role.
