Reschio, a luxury hotel in Umbria, seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst to monitor performance and optimize pricing, inventory and distribution. You will collaborate with Hotel Manager, Reservations, Sales and Finance to translate data into actionable recommendations and support strategic commercial decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, experience with PMS/CRS and BI tools, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly while handling confidential data with discretion.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Revenue Analysis, Reservations or Commercial Finance within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, distribution platforms or business intelligence tools. Familiarity with Protel, iHotelier and/or SynXis would be an advantage.
• Ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel tools and functions to analyse sources markets, booking channels, rate plans and room categories.

Mansioni

• Monitor daily hotel performance including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and booking trends.
• Analyse historical performance and market demand to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
• Support pricing, yield and inventory strategies and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate revenue data into concise insights to support commercial decisions.
• Develop and improve revenue reports and dashboards.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting across data sources.
