ABL Recruitment is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for Corporate & Institutional Banking in Milan to manage relationships with large corporate clients and financial institutions.

The role requires 8+ years in Corporate or Commercial Banking, strong credit and financial analysis skills, fluent Italian and English, and the ability to operate in an international environment. Knowledge of syndicated lending or Chinese language would be a bonus.

Competenze

• Eight or more years in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking or Financial Institutions.
• Strong credit analysis and financial analysis skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Syndicated lending experience would be an advantage.
• Chinese language skills would be a bonus but not essential.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage relationships with large corporate clients and financial institutions.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities while expanding the existing client portfolio.
• Execute marketing and business development activities.
• Conduct client due diligence, KYC reviews and credit analysis.
• Prepare credit applications and present recommendations to the Credit Committee.
• Coordinate transaction execution and manage post-loan activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks and other counterparties.
