Raven, a proprietary crypto market-making and high-frequency trading firm, seeks engineers to own real‑time visibility and the trade‑capture stack across eight regions. You will shape core infrastructure, optimize hot paths, and ensure reliability while collaborating with teams to maintain low latency.

Applicants should be proficient in Rust or C++, comfortable with performance profiling, and able to communicate in fluent English.

• Proficiency in Rust or C++ in real-time production
• Experience with high-frequency trading platforms or low-latency systems
• Strong debugging and performance profiling ability
• Fluent English communication and collaboration across teams
• No formal degree required; proven capability is valued

Mansioni

• Own firm-wide visibility, live dashboards, and real-time health of trading estates
• Maintain and improve trade capture, PnL, risk, and reconciliation databases
• Build fast, scalable core infrastructure and service APIs across regions
• Profile and optimize slow code paths, ensuring no impact on consumers
• Manage on-call rotations and ensure high availability of systems
