Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the Options Engineering team and advance our systematic options trading platform. The role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership across trading infrastructure, risk controls, and production reliability.

You will work with traders, quants, product, risk, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, low-latency solutions. Candidates should have strong experience in Rust and a track record in options trading, market-making, or

Competenze

• 7+ years in systematic trading or low-latency systems.
• Hands-on Rust, C++, or C with willingness to deepen Rust.
• Experience with automated quoting, execution, pricing, and risk controls.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.

Mansioni

• Lead and grow the Options Engineering team (≈7 engineers).
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure and platform.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, product, risk and infra.
