Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project and program management within the railway industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled business change.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of rail digitalization initiatives including asset management, maintenance optimization, smart operations and enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business consulting, engineering, software development, systems integration, testing, commissioning, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer-facing interface for project governance, executive reporting, steering committees, planning workshops, and stakeholder management.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and dependency management.
• Support digital transformation programs across railway operations, maintenance, fleet, depot, signaling, asset performance, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, business cases, and operational improvements.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects involving cloud, data, analytics, AI, IoT, and enterprise applications in railway environments.
• Support commercial discussions, proposals, SOWs, contract execution, and customer growth opportunities.
