Competenze
- 5+ years in software quality engineering, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with native mobile testing on iOS and/or Android.
Mansioni
- Define and own the overall test strategy across squads.
- Facilitate Three Amigos sessions ensuring acceptance criteria are written.
- Design and maintain CI/CD quality gates to block defective code.
