Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas project types, onshore and offshore.
• Proven ability to build, manage and develop strong client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience in QA/QC and inspection coordination within energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests for QA/QC, engineering, site and office personnel.
• Source candidates matching client requirements and prep for interviews.
• Liaise with clients on proposals, interviews, selections and placements.
• Issue information to candidates regarding obligations and deliverables for assignments.
• Mentor and train Coordination Team; support audits for compliance and policy.
