Fulkrum in Milan is seeking a Senior QC Coordinator to lead QA/QC activities for energy projects. You will coordinate site and office personnel, source qualified candidates, and liaise with clients on proposals, interviews, and placements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract terms and client SLAs while tracking deliverables.
• Provide performance updates and mentor junior team members.
• Support audits to ensure industry standards and internal policies are followed.

Our Milan Office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Previous experience in an Inspection QCC role within the Energy industry is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be proactive in their approach, and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Salary and Performance Incentive:

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000 gross, dependent on experience, expertise, and demonstrated capability. In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn an operational bonus based on the successful achievement of individual and/or team KPIs, recognising strong performance and contribution to business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling client requests for the provision of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel.
• Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interviews by providing project/commodity-related information.
• Liaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates.
• Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables for the duration of the assignment.
• Liaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to:
• Fulkrum contractual terms and conditions.
• Allocation of task-related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client-issued templates, etc.).
• Receiving, screening, and submitting site reports to clients.
• End of assignment feedback.
• Advising candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping, etc., are not adhered to.
• Providing candidate performance updates upon request to the Coordination Manager.
• Managing Fulkrum/candidate relations by means of 'care calls' during candidate assignments.
• Being commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients.
• Identifying and driving new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Ensuring that all client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to, and Fulkrum KPI's are met.
• Mentoring Coordination and Coordination Team Members and providing guidance on complex issues. Play an active role in training new team members.
• Support Coordination Manager in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Actively participate in initiatives to improve quality control processes and procedures, including but not limited to IRIS, invoicing and collaboration with the Accounts Team.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Extensive knowledge of Oil & Gas industry project types, both onshore and offshore.
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and develop strong client relationships.
• The ability to respond positively and effectively in high-tempo and demanding situations.
• Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with major Oil & Gas operators, service companies, or inspection providers is required.
