Shakers is seeking a Senior Python backend developer for a freelance project in the Milan area. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week on-site in Segrate, and a remote-friendly setup for the rest.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and own backend deliverables end-to-end. The core stack includes Python and FastAPI, LlamaIndex and Gemini for retrieval-augmented generation, and PostgreSQL (pgvector + full-text search) with Redis for caching and data access patterns.
