Cima Aviation is seeking a procurement professional to lead sourcing and supplier coordination for aerospace parts and services. You will manage vendors, monitor material availability, and drive efficiency improvements across the procurement team.

Role requires strong Excel and ERP experience, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with ITAR/EAR. We offer a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a purchasing, production, supervisor or project management role strongly preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, airline, or MRO environment desirable.
• Highly proficient with MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• Prior experience working in an ERP system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and be adaptable.
• Understanding accounting structure, invoices, different payment options and terms.
• Role requires access to export-controlled information (ITAR/EAR); must be a US person to be eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiates and coordinates procurement and distribution of products and services (raw materials, finished parts, tooling, equipment, supplies).
• Negotiate with vendors for price, availability, delivery information and qualifications.
• Lead, develop, and coach others within the procurement team.
• Monitor PO delivery status, prioritize, and expedite orders as needed.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels and issue POs.
• Issue Repair Orders and coordinate with repair station for turnaround.
• Build strong vendor relationships and maintain regular communication.
• Report purchase orders to sales and upper management (delivery dates, backorders/availability).
• Research Fair Market Value alternate part numbers and PMAs to procure best part.
• Update part numbers, min/max levels, and lead times in Quantum.
• Seek ways to improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Create and implement new reports based on business needs.
