Allianz Group in Italy seeks a senior underwriter to develop and execute Property & Liability risk strategies for the Italian market. You will liaise with selected agents supporting business development and align local activities with Mid-Corporate targets.

The role requires 9-15 years of underwriting experience, leadership, and strong risk/market analysis capabilities, with fluency in Italian and English. The starting range is €50,000–€65,000 gross annually.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or Law.
• 9-15 years of underwriting experience for Property, PD/BI and Theft & Liability.
• Proven leadership and risk assessment capabilities.
• Strong pricing knowledge and market analysis skills.
• Able to operate in an international organization.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market.
• Lead the portfolio to achieve financial targets and monitor underwriting life cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Claims and product lines to support cross-selling.
• Ensure underwriting discipline and adherence to guidelines and local rules.
• Support new/modified product development and agent/broker negotiations.
