• 7+ years in Property Management or Facility Management within real estate.

In this role you will lead the operational, technical, and financial management of a portfolio of logistics assets in Italy. You’ll be a senior reference within the Property Management team, driving operational excellence, tenant relations, and service standards across the portfolio. You will help advance asset performance through budgeting, maintenance oversight, and ESG initiatives. This is a hands‑on, impact‑focused position at a leading international logistics real estate firm.

• Own the financial, administrative, and technical management of a portfolio of logistics/industrial assets
• Manage tenant relationships, lease administration, service charge reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets aligned with asset strategies
• Oversee maintenance, refurbishment projects, contractors, and external service providers
• Support Asset Management with performance monitoring, KPI reporting, ESG initiatives, and asset enhancement projects
• Contribute to operating excellence and standardized service delivery across the portfolio
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and asset performance
• Provide leadership and act as a senior reference within the Property Management team
• 7+ years in Property Management, Facility Management, or similar real estate roles (preferably industrial/logistic)
• Proven track record managing multiple assets, budgets, maintenance, and tenant relationships
• Strong knowledge of property administration, lease management, service charges, financial reporting, and OPEX/CAPEX management
• Solid technical background with building systems, refurbishment projects, contractor management, and procurement
• Experience with property management platforms such as Yardi or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-oriented mindset
