LHH is recruiting a Senior Property Manager for a leading international logistics real estate investor, developer and asset manager with a consolidated presence in Italy.

The successful candidate will join the Italian Asset & Property Management team and report to the Head of the department, playing a key role in the operational, technical, financial and commercial management of a portfolio of logistics assets across Italy.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Property Management or similar roles within real estate environments (preferably industrial & logistic).
• Proven track record in managing multiple assets, including tenant relationships, budgets, maintenance activities and overall operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of property administration, lease management, service charges, financial reporting, OPEX/CAPEX management and landlord-tenant relationships.

Mansioni

• Full responsibility for the financial, administrative and technical management of a portfolio of logistics and industrial assets;
• Management of tenant relationships, lease administration, service charge reconciliations and financial reporting;
• Preparation and control of OPEX/CAPEX budgets, ensuring alignment with asset strategies and business plans;
• Supervision of maintenance activities , refurbishment projects, contractors and external service providers;
• Support Asset Management through performance monitoring, KPI reporting, ESG initiatives, asset enhancement projects and continuous improvement activities across the portfolio.

For our client, a leading international logistics real estate investor, developer, and asset manager, with a consolidated presence in Italy, we are currently looking for:

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

The candidate will join the Italian Asset & Property Management team and reporting directly to the Head of, they will play a key role in the operational, technical, financial and commercial management of a portfolio of logistics assets across Italy.

In addition to directly managing assigned properties, the successful candidate will act as a senior reference point within the Property Management team, contributing best practices, supporting operational excellence and helping to elevate service standards across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the financial, administrative and technical management of a portfolio of logistics and industrial assets;
• Management of tenant relationships, lease administration, service charge reconciliations and financial reporting;
• Preparation and control of OPEX/CAPEX budgets, ensuring alignment with asset strategies and business plans;
• Supervision of maintenance activities , refurbishment projects, contractors and external service providers;
• Support Asset Management through performance monitoring, KPI reporting, ESG initiatives, asset enhancement projects and continuous improvement activities across the portfolio.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in Property Management, Facility Management or similar roles within real estate environments (preferably industrial & logistic);
• Proven track record in managing multiple assets, including tenant relationships, budgets, maintenance activities and overall operational performance;
• Strong knowledge of property administration, lease management, service charges, financial reporting, OPEX/CAPEX management and landlord-tenant relationships;
• Solid technical background, with experience in building systems, maintenance, refurbishment projects, contractor management, procurement activities and property management platforms such as Yardi or similar tools;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, strong client-oriented mindset;
• English fluent.

Sede: Milano

Compensation package: €60,000 fixed salary plus target bonus (up to 30%), CCNL Commercio, Livello Quadro.
