COOLTURA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for luxury & fashion to lead end-to-end social-first campaigns for premier brands. You will bridge clients, creative, strategy, and production to translate vision into seamless delivery.

You will oversee shootings, production, and activations, manage budgets and timelines, and contribute to new business opportunities in an international, remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a creative, social, or content-driven agency.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and short-form content dynamics.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian and French, English professional.
• Experience working on international campaigns.
• Background in premium / luxury brand environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end management of social-first campaigns and content ecosystems
• Act as main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
• Translate creative and strategic vision into clear plans, timelines, and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, talent)

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong strategic sensitivity, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of contemporary social dynamics specifically within Fashion and Luxury verticals.

A leader who can navigate complexity with clarity — managing high-impact projects while connecting creative vision, execution, and business results.

MISSION

Be the strategic and operational manager of key luxury & fashion accounts — leading projects end-to-end, from idea to execution, ensuring excellence at every stage.
