Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager (f / m / d) People & Organization (HR) Strategic Projects role at Siemens. Our ambition as People and Organization (P&O) function is to co-own the overall Siemens transformation, enabling Siemens’ businesses to remain successful in an ever faster changing environment. In this context, we are expanding our recently established Strategic Projects team to contribute to the end-to-end deployment of the strategy and provide our businesses with the capabilities and capacities needed.

Responsibilities
  • being responsible to set-up, structure, and steer the execution of complex and high-visibility P&O projects on an international scale. This will give you the opportunity to quickly expand your network across Siemens.
  • shaping the P&O solution landscape with the accountable P&O experts and the businesses and drive the deployment of our P&O Strategy 2030.
  • interacting with stakeholders on Managing Board and Executive level incl. the global P&O Leadership Team.
  • inspiring and enabling others with your expertise by coaching other project teams and shaping our internal practices organized along chapters, e.g., Operational Excellence, Finance, Portfolio, and Communications.
  • being a change agent, think end-to-end, challenge, hypothesize, test and build innovative solutions ensuring effective implementation from the start.
  • orchestrating the ecosystem of key collaborators incl. business, P&O, and contributors / service providers.
  • connecting the dots to identify and address interdependencies with other ongoing strategic P&O efforts.
  • using data to design all efforts for maximum user impact, striving to make valuable contributions to Siemens holistically.
  • being an inspiring leader demonstrating your strategic and people skills by leading project teams, coaching team members and potentially leading a squad team.
  • offering a fresh perspective by introducing new ways of working, e.g., agile-inspired approaches.
Qualifications
  • Education - Excellent academic background (Master’s Degree / MBA)
  • Experience & Skills - Long term professional experience in management- / strategy- / transformation consulting – with a focus on P&O / HR topics and preferably in Siemens-related industries
  • Experience in setting up and leading complex and challenging projects as a project manager in dynamic environments and on a multinational scale, incl. excellent Project Management Office capabilities
  • Outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You demonstrate the dynamics of a large organization and use smart influencing to effectuate change
  • Sound and broad P&O / HR domain know-how, e.g. acquired in a global HR Business Partner or HR CoE / Expert role (i.e., learning, development, talent management, mergers & acquisitions, skill management, HR tool landscape / digitalization)
  • Ways of working - You are a fast learner, eager to understand in depth and apply the relevant concepts and tools
  • You are committed to comprehensive optimization, have an entrepreneurial "can do" attitude and agile demeanor
  • You have the courage to lead based on your own judgement and expertise and are excited to shape this team — we are happy to meet you!
  • Languages - Proficiency in English
