Job summary

SC Johnson, a global leader in consumer brands, is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Management to join the EU Product Change Management team. You will drive end-to-end projects from development to commercialization, coordinating RD&E, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to meet timelines, budgets and quality targets.

You will work across Arese (Italy) or Mijdrecht (Netherlands) with four days on-site per week, contributing to regional programs and a robust Total Rewards package including

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering or Supply Chain with relevant background.
• At least 2 years of RD&E/GSC experience in the CPG industry.
• Solution-driven and strategic with ability to deliver on commitments.
• Full proficiency in English; Office productivity tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule to meet launch commitments in each country.
• Manage project scope and coordinate cross-functional conversations during execution.
• Lead project kick-off and regular meetings with SMEs, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure SCJ processes are followed and escalate as needed with stakeholders.
• Participate in and lead improvement initiatives within project management tools and processes.
• Track progress, produce status reports, and summarize for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure regional processes are followed.
• Serve as an RD&E representative for a product category and build domain expertise.
