Job summary

AGAP2 in Genoa, Italy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large multidisciplinary engineering projects through Basic Design, FEED and Detailed Engineering, coordinating processes, schedules, and budgets. You will maintain client relations, manage contracts and ensure safe, compliant delivery across international teams.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering, 15+ years in EPC/EPCM or consultancy, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience within structured engineering orgs.
• Proven experience in Project Manager roles within EPC/EPCM or engineering consultancy.
• Fluency in Italian and English; willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of complex engineering projects from design to EPC execution.
• Define execution strategies, Project Execution Plans (PEP), structures, and reporting procedures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical, and more.
• Interface with clients, EPC contractors, licensors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and change control; ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and support business development proposals.
