Job summary

Agap2 Italia seeks an Electrical Engineer to support an Oil & Gas project. You will assist in the design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with IEC, NEC, IEEE, API, NEMA and ATEX standards.

You will work closely with the Jacket Engineering Coordinator and cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore environments. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least five years of experience in Oil & Gas, with strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, onshore and/or offshore environments.
• Knowledge of electrical design for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Review and design LV, MV and HV electrical distribution systems.
• Review SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, grounding and lighting layouts.
• Review electrical equipment selection (transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, batteries, motors).
• Support electrical studies (load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protection coordination).
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure proper installation and commissioning.
