Job summary

AGAP2 Italy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution of complex industrial projects across Energy, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, and Mining sectors. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, define objectives, and ensure performance within time and budget constraints.

The role is based in Fano/Genova with hybrid work and requires strong client and vendor interfaces.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering and 8–10 years of relevant experience in EPC/EPCm or engineering design settings.
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across large projects.
Strong knowledge of EPC interfaces among engineering, procurement, vendor management, and construction.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering activities across the full EPC project lifecycle.
Define objectives, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs aligned with the project strategy.
Coordinate interfaces among clients, EPC contractors, licensors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, codes, and project procedures.
Promote engineering quality, document management, and effective decision-making.
Provide senior leadership direction to Engineering Managers and Lead Engineers.
