Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Global Study Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of global oncology studies within a FSP model. Based in Italy, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure study timelines, quality and budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead complex MAP, PACT and PTA initiatives across the UK/EMEA, oversee study governance, and act as a key member of the Study Leadership Team, shaping operational strategy and risk management for high-profile

Competenze

• Significant clinical research and clinical development experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO environments.
• Proven experience at Global Study Lead / Senior Clinical Trial Manager level.
• Experience leading or overseeing Managed Access Programs (MAPs) within the UK and/or EMEA is strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience leading global studies with accountable operational delivery.
• Strong CRO/vendor oversight experience.

• Provide strategic leadership for operational planning and delivery of studies/programmes from initiation through completion and archiving.
• Lead Managed Access Programs, ensuring effective delivery across UK and/or EMEA.
• Provide oversight for PACT and PTA programmes where applicable.
• Be a key member of the Study Leadership Team and represent Clinical Operations in strategic discussions.
• Own the operational vision and strategy for successful study delivery and risk management.
• Lead global, cross-functional teams to achieve programme objectives.
• Ensure studies are delivered on time, with quality and within budget.
